Simple steps to get you started with SwiftTRAC :
  1. Click on "SwiftTRAC" on any page of our website.
  2. Enter your Login Username and Password. If you do not have a user name and password, please contact us by phone (604-873-5422) or email (info@swiftdispatch.com) and we will set you up immediately.
  3. Place Orders and get Quotes
    Order Entry: You can place your orders in a point and click format. Your saved pick-up and delivery address points are maintained on our site in a drop down menu and you can update them as needed. Select your service level, roundtrip service (if needed), add your reference and special instructions. Click "Send Order Now" and the system will display your tracking number to assure you that we received your order. You can also schedule orders in advance by changing the date and time for pick-up (SwiftTRAC automatically defaults to the current date & time). If you want a quote before placing the order, click "Request Quote". If you are satisfied with the rate, click "Send Order Now". 
  4. Check Delivery Status and Track your shipments Status / Tracking:
    Click on "Status" to view all your current orders in single line format. Click on the tracking # to view details of your entire order. Select a date range to view an entire month at a single glance. The status and tracking feature works whether you place your orders on-line or by phone.
  5. Maintain your address book of common delivery points
    Address Book: Click on "Address Book" to add/modify/delete your saved pick-up and delivery address points from a drop down menu in alphabetical order. SwiftTRAC also gives you the option of adding a New saved address to your Address Book during "Order Entry".
  6. Generate Detailed reports
    Reports: Click on "Reports" and select either of the standard reports "Delivery Summary" or "Cost Summary" - all orders for the current day appear in single line format with job totals. You also have the option of entering a specific day or date range to view an itemized report with Grand Totals. The reports will enable you to view and print reports of all of your deliveries at your convenience.

Q. Can I place my orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week ?
A.
Yes, you can place your order anytime.  However, the delivery can only be completed during our regular hours of operation which are Monday to Friday: 6:30am to 6:00pm and Saturday: 9:00am to 3:00pm.

Q. How do I get a price quote ?
A.
Enter pick-up and delivery information including postal code and select "Request Quote" .

Q. Can I enter multiple delivery orders in one transmission ?
A.
Yes .

Q. Can I still place my orders by phone ?
A.
Absolutely! Orders placed by phone will update on SwiftTRAC  within 60 seconds .
