It is our policy to
reuse and recycle everything possible and have recycling bins
for paper as well as cardboard.

Faxing invoices,
statements and reports directly from our system to our
customer's fax eliminates the printing of a set of documents
and, if the customer is able to view incoming faxes on their
desktop then no paper is being used.

Since 2002 we have
offered our customers on line order processing. By using
SwiftTRAC our
customers are able to place their orders and print a waybill if
required.

Our Drivers use
Manifests and our Customer use Log books as an alternative to
waybills.

Many of our
customers use their packing slips or company Bill of Lading's as
an alternative to our waybill or log book. Their document
number is used in the billing of the order for their reference
and eliminating another waybill being completed.

In 2003 we
introduced the emailing of invoices to our customers and offer
electronic payment for their account by credit card or direct
deposit. Today about 50% of our customers either receive
invoices by email and / or are sending us electronic payments.

Our
Log Book Sheets
are listed in our
FORMS section of our website and are a replacement
for our Log Book. One Log Book Sheet can record 6 orders and
eliminate the use of 6 waybills. You can print off as many
copies as you require when you need them.

For those customers
who prefer a waybill we now have our Swift Dispatch Interactive
Waybill which you will find under our
FORMS section. There are 2 waybills on each
sheet and the customer has the option to complete the top
waybill which automatically duplicates your information on the
bottom half before printing. Or you can print off as many blank
copies as you require and fill them as you go.

With our Mobility
Web software the closest driver to the pick up point is selected
for a delivery. By optimizing our route program and
developing efficient dispatch methods we are able to eliminate
unnecessary driving for our couriers and fuel emissions.

For years as our
Independent Operators replace their vehicles they have done so
with some of the most fuel efficient vehicles on the road today.
As drivers replace older vehicles they are encouraged by Swift
Dispatch to look at hybrid vehicles and ensure that it is fuel
efficient.
